Terms and Conditions

  1. The hirer acknowledges that the received vehicle is in good condition and fit to drive. It must be returned to the rental office in the same condition,
  2. The vehicle’s service schedule is indicated on a tag on the windscreen. The hirer is responsible for informing the rental branch when service mileage is reached. Failure to do so will result in the hirer being liable for any damage caused by a lack of servicing.
  3. The hirer must immediately inform the office in case of any mechanical damage or failure and will be liable for any additional damage caused by not informing the rental office. This includes minor issues like flat tires. Hirers will be liable for the full tire cost and any other damages if the vehicle is driven on a flat tire. The hirer will be responsible for any amount paid by MAX SPEED WHEELS CAR RENTAL for repairs to the rented car.
  4. In the event of an accident where the hirer or additional driver is at fault according to the police report, or a hit-and-run accident where the other vehicle cannot be identified, the relevant insurance excess shown on the rental contract will be payable.
  5. The hirer is responsible for paying the full cost of repairs if they repair the vehicle without prior approval from the rental office.
  6. 6. Hirers aged 22 to 24 with a valid driving license for at least one year will receive only 70% insurance coverage. This means they will bear 30% of the damage repair costs in case of any accidents, in addition to the relevant insurance excess (where the hirer
    is aurault or a nivano-run casel.
  7. If the hirer is a tourist holding a UAE-approved home country or international license, they agree to obtain a United Arab Emirates Driving License upon obtaining UAE residency. By signing this contract, the hirer acknowledges that it is illegal to drive with a home country or international license once they have a UAE residence visa. The hirer will be solely responsible for any penalties or fines arising from a violation of this clause. Additionally, traffic accident reports with licenses other than a valid UAE license are not acceptable once the hirer has a UAE residence visa. The hirer will be liable to pay all damage charges in full, along with the rental amount for the duration the vehicle is under repair.
  8. The vehicle is insured for use only on paved roads within the UAE. Insurance will not cover any damage caused to the vehicle if used off-road or outside the UAE territory.
  9. In the event of an accident while the hirer is under the influence of alcohol or any narcotic drug, they will be liable for all damage caused to the vehicle (including the full cost if it is declared a total loss) as well as the rental amount for the duration of repairs or the duration taken to conclude the case.
  10. The hirer is responsible for the full cost of repairs and the daily rental fee if the vehicle is rendered unusable due to a damage accident (driver’s fault) or a technical defect caused by their negligence or deliberate actions.
  11. In cases where the vehicle is a total loss, the hirer is liable to pay an additional charge of 30% of the purchase price of the vehicle. In case of theft or vehicle is stolen, hirer is responsible.
  12. In case of any damage to the rented car caused by the hirer, a police report must be obtained. Falure to do so will make the
    hirer liable for the total damage to the vehicle.
  13. Damage to windshields （front, rear, and side windows） is not covered under insurance. The hirer will be liable to pay the
    amount estimated by the rental ofice for repairs. The same applies to batteries, tires, wheels （alloy/steel），tools, and wheel
    caps （or wheel covers）.
  14. 14. The hirer is responsible for ensuring that only drivers listed in the rental contract by the rental office are allowed to drive the
    vehicle. In the event that an unauthorized person drives the vehicle, the hirer will be held responsible for any damages causedand any fines levied by the police or other authorities, regardlless of who the driver was.
  15. 1f the hirer wishes to add an additional driver, the car rental ofice should be notified and provided with a valid driving license
    and passport copy. A nominal fee （variable） will be charged for the additional driver and is subject to approval from the rental
    office.
  16. 16. The hirer is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is always parked safely and in a proper parking area. In the event that damage
    is caused due to illegal or irresponsible parking. the hirer will be responsible for the full cost of repairs and the daily rental fee
    until the vehicle is repaired, if the insurance company retuses to accept the claim.
  17. 17. The hirer is responsible for any fines issued to the vehicle by the police, other government authorities, or private companies if
    the vehicle is used ilegally during the rental period. Additionally. the hirer is responsible if they use the vehicle to transport
    forbidden items as per the country’s laws.
  18. 1f the caris confiscated for any reason, the hirer will continue to pay the fullrental rate until an arrangement is made between
    the hirer and the rental office.
  19. In the event of the car being impounded, the company retains the right to pay the impounding fee and recover the car. Theimpounding fee wil be charged to the hirer, along with additional processing charges.
  20. Hirers are not allowed to use the vehicle to tow another vehicle or participate in any form of racing. In either case, the hirer will
    be responsible for any damages caused.
  21. A surcharge will apply if the hirer requests the vehicle to be collected within Dubai and returned to a ditferent emirate.
  22. AII MAX SPEED WHEELS CAR RENTAL are non-smoking. A cleaning fee of AED 400 wil be charged if the hirer or their
    passengers smoke in the car. Additional charges will apply for any permanent damage caused to the vehicle’s interior. The
    same applies for dirty interiors or exteriors upon vehicle return.
  23. Daily contracts allow 250 kilometers per day. Weekly contracts allow 1400 kilometers per week. Monthily contracts allow 4500kilometers per month. Excess mileage will be charged per kilometer. Customers can inquire about excess kilometers upon
    contract closure by contacting the accounts department.
  24. 24. The hirer is responsible for returing the vehicle with the same fuellevel as it was rented with.A penalty of AED 300 will be
    charged if the vehicle is retured with alower fuellevel.
  25. 25. The hirer agrees not to tint the vehicle windows or apply any stickers to the vehicle body. Violating this clause will result in a
    AED 500 compensation fee to MAX SPEED WHEELS CAR RENTAL and the hirer will be responsible for any government fines
    incurred.
  26. 26. The hirer is responsible for filing any disputes regarding fines or violations issued by the RTA. Police, or other authorities. Any
    violations incurred during the rental period must be paid to the rental office. Refunds for disputed fines can only be obtained
    from the issuing authority MAX SPEED WHEELS CAR RENTAL will not provide support or be involved in fling disputes for
    fines or violations.

  28. All car maintenance and service-related disputes should be addressed via emailto maxspeedwheel@gmail.com.
  29. In the case of eariy vehicle return, the appropriate rate for the shorter rental period will be charged. If a credit balance exists,a
    credit note for future rentals with MAX SPEED WHEELS CAR RENTAL, Dubai Sports City BR will be issued. No cash or
    cheque refunds willbe provided.
  30. 30. The refundable deposit （or remaining balance after deductions） will be refunded within 21 days of vehicle return. A fee of AED
    50 will be deducted from the deposit if a cheque refund is requested. The remaining amount will be refunded by cheque or
    cash.
  31. 31. MAX SPEED WHEELS CAR RENTAL accepts cash and credit card payments. By signing the contract, the hirer authorizes MAX SPEED WHEELS CAR RENTAL to register the credit/debit card details used for the initial transaction. These details may
    be used for contract renewal charges and recovering unpaid or undisputed charges arising during or after the contract period (related to tne agreement numoer on tne tront or ine contract.
  32. The rental amount must be paid in full at the beginning of the contract.
  33. If the customer does not wish for MAX SPEED WHEELS CAR RENTAL to use the credit card provided on file, they must inform the accounts office and make a full payment 2 days before the car’s return date. Alternatively, they can provide a different card to complete the payment.
  34. Rental contracts will only be closed upon full settlement of all rental fees, fines, Salik tolls, and damage charges. In case of non-
  35. Any payments made will be credited first towards outstanding amounts, even if the vehicle has been returned.
  36. 36. If the hirer fails to pay their bill and MAX SPEED WHEELS CAR RENTAL pursues legal action for recovery. an additional AED
    1,000 fee will be charged for legal and processing costs, on top of any other outstanding charges.
  37. Please retain the vehicle checklist provided and bring it with you when returning the car. In case of disputes regarding damage upon return, only the signed checklist copy held by the rental office will be considered valid.
  38. One day’s hire is calculated as 24 hours. A one-hour grace period is allowed after the due return time; exceeding this will result in a full day’s charge.
  39. 39. MAX SPEED WHEELS CAR RENTAL will not be held responsible for any loss of belongings or valuables left in the vehicle
    oon retum or exchange
  40. The customer will be informed of all damage charges before the car is handed over to a MAX SPEED WHEELS CAR RENTAL ariver or lett in a parking lot for pick-up.
  41. MAX SPEED WHEELS CAR RENTAL reserve the right to void the contract and repossess the vehicle from the hirer at any time.
  42. MAX SPEED WHEELS CAR RENTAL reserves the right to deactivate and recover the vehicle in case of non-payment or delayed payment.
  43. A penalty of AED 500 will be charged if a cheque issued by the customer to MAX SPEED WHEELS CAR RENTAL is dishonored.
  44. Customers can contact the hotline number +971509323971 in case of an accident, breakdown, or requiring a replacement vehicle.
  45. Any customer expenses for battery replacement, spare tire replacement, or similar will not be reimbursed or adjusted by MAX SPEED WHEELS CAR RENTAL.
  46. 46. If there is any pending payment on the customer’s account and they request MAX SPEED WHEELS CAR RENTAL to collect

  47. If the car’s return date falls on a Friday, the car can be returned on either Thursday or Saturday. However, an additional day’s charge will apply it the car is returned on saturday.
  48. This agreement is bilingual. However, in the event of a dispute where the two languages convey different meanings for the same clause, the english language interpretation will be considered final
